• Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.
• Condition: Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

   Place the items you wish to return in secure packaging, ideally in the original packaging.

   We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return. Please retain the tracking information until your refund has been processed.

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
